Reason I love this practice, there is no wrong or right its a continue practice never-ending. You do not have to complete them. I have learn to always be a growing individual, I am always a student then a teacher then back to student. I love learning in my practice taking my time, not rushing and learning what is great in my raja yoga practice.

I encourage you my fellow yogi’s try one word and focus on a little bit or for a while, currently as of today I am working on Dhyana and Niyama right now. But in my class I accidently put these principles in your practice. I got you, sending love, light and peace my beautiful people.
