Mediation….

Oh boy,

I am about to give you the truth,

I feel like I am a failure at mediation but guess what I am okay with that. I feel like mediation is a constant practice, a challenge. What should I do, how do I start, where can I begin, am I over thinking it. Hmmm, yes how to start, set a intention for your mediation. It does not have to be major. Start with 30 seconds or 1 minutes or even longer.

So I try by closing my eyes trying to drift away to a place what place, I always wonder. Where is the place where is the mediation, then my mind wonder and did I really hit mediation. No of course not, how do I silent my mind. Silence, what is silence, I always wonder.

My advice its a practice, give yourself permission and try try again, you can do it, I believe in us. Be kind, be patient you got this.
